Customer Service & Sales Support Executive (Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts)

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to manage day-to-day sales administrative duties and support our logistics and order fulfillment operations. Role Highlights Base Salary: S$2,800-S$3,500 / month (commensurate with experience) Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM) Location: Tuas Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred No Quota For Workpass Key Responsibilities Order & Document Management: Handle quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders smoothly. Client Engagement: Follow up on customer inquiries and sales quotations to drive satisfaction and growth. Logistics & Inventory: Monitor stock movement and ensure proper packing of goods for local delivery and export. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and meet sales targets. Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with other day-to-day operational tasks as assigned. Requirements Experience: 2–3 years in automotive sales, customer service, or sales administration. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity or background in heavy vehicle spare parts . Software Skills: Proficient in Accpac (or similar ERP systems) and MS Office . Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related field. Attributes: Self-driven, independent, well-organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
