📍Location: West Region 🕒Working Hours: Rotating Shift (1 Vacancy Requires Night Shift) 💰Salary: $3,500 –$4,000/month About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Operations Executive to oversee daily food production operations and drive continuous process improvements. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food manufacturing who are passionate about delivering quality products while improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the daily operations of food preparation and ready meal production. Translate customer requirements into product specifications and production processes. Develop and optimise production processes to ensure consistent product quality. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or an industrial central kitchen. Strong understanding of food processing technologies and large-scale production equipment.
