Salary & Benefits 💰 Salary: Up to $4,000/month 📍 Work Location: Central (Somerset) 🗓️ 5-Day Work Week (Office Hours) 📄 5-Month Contract Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for employees across Australia, New Zealand, and Guam . Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, leave, tax declarations, and statutory contributions. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies. Process payroll adjustments, overtime, allowances, bonuses, leave payments, and off-cycle payroll runs. Prepare payroll journals, accruals, headcount reports, and monthly payroll reports for Finance. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll and tax reporting. Liaise with Finance, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations. Handle payroll-related enquiries from HR teams and employees. Support payroll system maintenance, integrations, and continuous process improvements. Assist with internal and external payroll audits. Requirements Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience. Experience processing Australia (AU) payroll is required. Exposure to New Zealand and/or Guam payroll will be an added advantage. Proficient in SAP or other payroll systems. Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory compliance. Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
