Staff Nurse (Home Hospice / Palliative Care) | Up to $4,500 | Mon-Fri | Office Hours | East Passionate about providing compassionate end-of-life care? Salary & Benefits 💰 Up to $4,500 per month 📍 East Singapore 🗓️ Monday to Friday ⏰ 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 💵 Fixed Monthly Community Care Nursing Allowance Key Responsibilities Conduct home visits to provide palliative nursing care for patients Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer and adjust palliative medications under the direction of doctors to manage symptoms effectively Work closely with the Medical Director, doctors, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on nursing care and symptom management Coordinate referrals to inpatient hospices and other healthcare or community support services when required Identify patients and families requiring financial assistance or counselling support and facilitate appropriate referrals Provide emotional, psychosocial, and bereavement support to patients and their loved ones Complete a minimum of six home visits daily Participate in community outreach and fundraising activities when required Requirements Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience Experience in palliative care, hospice, home care, or end-of-life care is highly preferred Experience with symptom management and titration of palliative medications (e.g. morphine, fentanyl) will be an advantage Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering patient-centred care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable travelling for home visits If you have experience in hospice or palliative nursing and are looking for a meaningful career where you can make a lasting impact on patients and families, we would love to hear from you.
