Ensure World-Class Quality for Global Technology (AI/Data Centre) Products What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a team of Quality Inspectors. Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Investigate product defects and identify root causes. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare quality reports, audit records, and documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures. Train employees on quality requirements and best practices. Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control. Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ISO quality systems and documentation. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and report-writing abilities. Able to work rotating shifts. Why Join Us?
