Salary & Benefits Basic Salary from $2,300/month Attractive monthly commission Earn up to $3,500/month Career growth opportunities within the luxury retail industry 44-hour work week Location Multiple locations Key Responsibilities Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable skincare, fragrance, and cosmetic products Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships Achieve individual and store sales targets Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked Perform cashiering duties and follow store operational procedures Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and monthly stock takes Support the daily operations of the boutique while ensuring a premium customer experience Requirements 2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or a customer-facing sales role Passion for customer service and the beauty industry Results-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
