What You'll Be Doing Perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products. Execute testing procedures according to work instructions and accurately record test results. Support BIOS testing, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other technical validation activities. Assist with packing, labeling, shipping, and other production-related tasks. Follow testing procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines to ensure product reliability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards. What We're Looking For Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, testing, production, or a related technical environment. Technical school, vocational school, high school diploma, or higher qualification. Basic computer literacy and technical knowledge. Experience with server hardware, electronics, PC assembly, or hardware testing is an advantage. Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment. Able to work 12-hour rotating day or night shifts (4 workdays per week).
