Salary & Benefits 💰 Up to $4,500 per month 📍 Central Singapore 🗓️ Monday to Friday 🏥 Healthcare Industry Key Responsibilities Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement Administer employee benefits, including leave, claims, insurance, and statutory submissions Support annual compensation exercises, including AWS, bonuses, salary increments, and performance incentives Handle income tax reporting, payroll audits, and statutory compliance requirements Manage WICA claims and compensation-related administration Support the review and enhancement of payroll, compensation, and benefits policies HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management Manage recruitment administration, onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS system Coordinate work pass applications and renewals with relevant government agencies Manage practising licence submissions and renewals where applicable Oversee employee uniform inventory, access cards, and other HR administrative matters HR Compliance, Reporting & Analytics Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and audit requirements Prepare HR reports, payroll reports, manpower statistics, and regulatory submissions Support MOM reporting and other statutory requirements Prepare and analyse HR metrics, including attrition and workforce reports, to support business decision-making Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for HR and payroll activities HR Systems & Process Improvement Support HRIS administration, maintenance, and system enhancements Participate in HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives Support automation projects relating to payroll, timesheet management, attendance tracking, and employee self-service systems Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience through technology Learning & Development Support Coordinate staff training programmes and maintain training records Liaise with training providers and support training grant submissions where applicable Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations Hands-on experience managing full-cycle payroll processing is essential Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and payroll data Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about HR operations, payroll excellence, and driving continuous improvement through people and technology, we would love to hear from you.
