Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and service excellence. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and luxury client experiences. Monitor daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential. Support inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation standards. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Drive store KPIs and contribute to overall business growth. Requirements Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium retail industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-focused. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
