Proactively seek out, evaluate, and secure lucrative catering prospects. Formulate innovative catering solutions and prepare compelling proposals for clients. Engage closely with clients and key accounts to cultivate strong, lasting relationships. Take charge of outlet setups, managing everything from spatial design and renovation to equipment sourcing and process implementation. Work seamlessly with the catering operations and central kitchen teams to ensure flawless daily execution. Tackle ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management to support broader business objectives. 📋 Who You Are Minimum of 5 years of experience in the F&B or Catering industry. Highly familiar with the local catering landscape and possess established connections with key accounts. Have an intimate knowledge and understanding of institutional catering and overall F&B operations. Boast excellent writing and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively pitch proposals to stakeholders.
