💰 Salary & Benefits Base Salary: Up to $4,300/month Additional benefits: • Shift allowances provided • Performance bonus opportunities • Career growth opportunities within a global technology manufacturing environment • Exposure to advanced server and AI hardware products 📍 Location Tampines ⏰ Working Schedule Permanent Sunday Off 📌 4 days per week 📌 42 hours/week 📌 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night) Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts. 📝 Job Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure product quality standards are achieved. • Perform quality inspections and checks throughout the electronics manufacturing process. • Investigate product defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. • Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues. • Maintain quality reports, audit documentation, and compliance records accurately. • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, quality procedures, and manufacturing requirements. • Train and guide team members on inspection standards and quality practices. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introduction activities. ✅ Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) with team leadership experience. • Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor, precision engineering, or related industries. • Knowledge of ISO quality systems and manufacturing quality processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail. • Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with Production and Engineering teams. • Experience leading or guiding quality teams will be an advantage. • Comfortable working rotating day/night shifts. 📩 Apply NOW!
