Monitor production output, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Conduct daily team briefings and prepare production performance reports. Investigate production and quality issues and support corrective actions. Perform and oversee assembly of complex components and sub-assemblies. Support new product introductions and continuous process improvements. Train, coach, and develop production associates and new team leaders. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and production runs smoothly. Monitor attendance, manpower allocation, and production line balancing. Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance with company procedures. Work closely with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues. What We're Looking For Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team. Knowledge of production monitoring, quality control, and ISO documentation. Experience investigating production or quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Able to calculate manpower requirements, takt time, and production line balancing. Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
