Translate specific customer requirements into concrete product designs and technical specifications. Develop and implement robust processes to consistently produce high-quality products. Strategize and plan production schedules to guarantee that all customer demands are met on time. Continuously analyze and innovate operational processes to boost overall productivity and output yields. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor to keep the kitchen running smoothly. 📋 Who You Are Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry or an industrial central kitchen.
