We are looking for Healthcare Assistants (Nursing Aides) who are passionate about eldercare and committed to delivering quality nursing support in a nursing home environment. Salary & Benefits 💰 Salary: Up to $3,200/month 🎉 Performance & Annual Bonuses 📈 Career Progression & Training Opportunities 🏥 Comprehensive Medical Benefits 🌴 Annual Leave & Other Staff Benefits 📍 Work Location: North-East Singapore 📅 Full-Time, Permanent Position Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance. Provide quality basic nursing care under the supervision of a Staff Nurse. Monitor residents' physical condition and report any abnormalities promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and observations. Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of medical equipment in accordance with infection control standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. Support other nursing and operational duties as assigned. Requirements ITE Skill Certificate (ISC) in Healthcare (Home Care) , WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) , Certificate in Nursing (Overseas) , or equivalent. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a nursing home, eldercare, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and First Aid Certification will be an advantage. Passionate about caring for seniors and providing quality patient care. Able to work well in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
