Urgent! Freight & Shipping Logistics Specialist | 4Days/Week - From $2.8K (East)

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end import and export operations for international shipments. Coordinate inbound materials and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transport providers. Prepare, review and process shipping documentation including: Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading (B/L) Air Waybill (AWB) Certificate of Origin Customs documentation Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics issues. Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements and international trade regulations. Coordinate sea freight, air freight and courier shipments. Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Planning and Operations teams to support production schedules. Track shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for logistics optimisation. Maintain accurate logistics records within ERP systems. Support inventory movements and warehouse coordination where required. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies. ✅ Requirements 2–3 years' experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or international logistics. Experience coordinating cross-border shipments is preferred. Familiar with sea freight, air freight and courier logistics.
