Healthcare HR Manager (HR Generalist) | Up to $5,500 | 5 Days |East Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking to take on a strategic and hands-on HR leadership role? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources while driving HR digitalisation , process improvements, and people initiatives to support business growth. Salary & Benefits 💰 Salary: Up to $5,500/month (commensurate with experience) 📍 Work Location: East Region 🗓️ 5-Day Work Week Key Responsibilities Lead the full spectrum of Human Resource functions , including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, and offboarding . Partner closely with management and department heads to provide strategic and operational HR support. Drive HR digitalisation initiatives , streamline HR processes, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Review, develop, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Support manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Analyse HR metrics and prepare management reports to support business decisions. Foster a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted HR business partner across the organisation. Perform other HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity . Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act , MOM regulations , and HR best practices. Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle . Experience driving HR digitalisation , process improvement, or HR transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Mature, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
