Location: Singapore Industry: Data Centre | Investment | Corporate Finance Seniority: Manager Key Requirement: Exceptional Financial Modelling + Research on Data Centre Industry About the Role We are seeking a high-calibre Manager, Investment & Asset Management to drive the financial performance and growth of our client's regional data centre portfolio. This is a strategic role — you will lead end-to-end investment analysis, evaluate hyperscale and JV opportunities, optimise asset performance, and present directly to senior leadership and the Board. What You Will Do Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling Build sophisticated financial models for new data centres, hyperscale expansions, M&A, JV structures and redevelopment projects. Conduct deep-dive feasibility analysis: IRR, NPV, payback, sensitivity, utilisation ramp-up and PUE cost impact. Prepare high-quality investment papers and Board approval decks. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and finance teams to validate assumptions (power, cooling, leasing, capacity). Asset & Portfolio Performance Monitor and optimise portfolio performance: utilisation, MW yield, revenue per MW, EBITDA margins, ROIC and PUE efficiency. Recommend asset enhancement and repositioning strategies to improve profitability. Oversee lifecycle management including renewals, pricing strategies, energy optimisation and capex planning. Management Accounting & Reporting Lead P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting for the data centre business. Perform variance analysis and develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans. Analyse cost drivers (power, cooling, maintenance, staffing, financing) and propose margin improvement initiatives. Track KPIs such as PUE, EBITDA, ROIC, MW yield and cash flow projections.
