Location: Tuas (West Singapore) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Role Type: Permanent | Full-Time Are you a strategic change-maker who thrives on transforming complex supply chain and logistics operations? We are seeking a high-caliber Senior / Manager - Business Excellence (Ops Development) to serve as our strategic continuous improvement (CI) anchor. In this pivotal role, you will lead high-impact transformational projects, drive Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and re-engineer core processes across warehouse operations and business verticals. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and job redesign initiatives to eliminate waste, improve operational efficiency, and deliver tangible cost savings. Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses on existing warehouse operations and systems, leveraging operations research to identify high-value improvement areas. Partner with vertical business units (BUs) to integrate modern automation, technology, and digitalization tools into daily workflows. Drive and facilitate cross-functional project teams to deliver complex transformational initiatives on schedule and within budget. Maintain strong alignment with ISO Accreditation and Certification standards, as well as Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Sustainability best practices. Act as a central change agent, championing Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and Change Management frameworks across the organization. Train, coach, and develop certified Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams to build deep internal operational capabilities. What We Are Looking For Min 10 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business process re-engineering, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations. Certifications: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of driving complex LSS/BPR projects. Formal training or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Deep hands-on expertise in BPR, organizational/job redesign, operations analytics, and process modeling. Strong foundational knowledge of ISO standards , HSE practices, and sustainability frameworks. Highly analytical, logical, and diplomatic, with exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional teams. Why Join Us?
