Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable fragrances and beauty products. Build strong customer relationships through excellent product knowledge and service. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to store performance. Introduce new products, promotions, and exclusive collections with confidence. Maintain attractive product displays and uphold premium visual merchandising standards. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and daily store operations.
