We are hiring an experienced Safety Officer (WSHO) to oversee site safety, compliance, and environmental health for construction projects. Job Responsibilities Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety policies Review and improve Safety Management Systems in line with local legislation Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and WSH committee meetings Perform site audits, inspections, and risk assessments Enforce safety rules and take corrective actions for non-compliance Investigate incidents and implement preventive and corrective measures Liaise with authorities and stakeholders on safety matters Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and submission of safety records Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks Job Requirements Registered WSHO & ECO certification (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HDB or commercial construction projects Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Health, or related field Strong knowledge of local WSH regulations and compliance standards Good communication and stakeholder management skills Working Hours 5.5-day work week Islandwide project sites Salary Up to $6,500/month (depending on experience) 📩 Apply Now Send your resume in MS Word format to: Vanessa.chua@crew.sg Please include your availability, notice period, and expected salary.
