The incumbent will develop and execute optimization strategies, collaborate cross-functionally on capital improvement opportunities, and oversee the design and negotiation of reinsurance treaties.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and hold an Actuarial Fellowship (FSA, FSAS, etc.). Essential experience includes extensive work in life insurance focusing on pricing, capital management, and reinsurance, along with a proven track record in implementing capital improvement strategies and expertise in the SG RBC2 capital framework and IFRS 17 financial reporting.
