Act as a key liaison between senior management and second-line stakeholders to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational losses. Requires professional experience in operational risk and controls with a solid understanding of Group Operational Risk Frameworks. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of IWPB business products and the regulatory environment.
