HSL Design Pte Ltd is looking for an Architectural Coordinator to sit at the centre of our project delivery — bridging design intent, consultant drawings, and what actually gets built on site. You'll own the flow of architectural information across our projects: keeping drawings coordinated and current, resolving clashes before they reach site, and making sure the team on the ground is building from the right, latest set. This is a hands-on coordination role, not a purely desk-bound one. You'll work closely with architects, C&S and M&E consultants, our project and site teams, and subcontractors. What you'll do Coordinate architectural drawings against C&S and M&E drawings — identify clashes and discrepancies early, raise RFIs, and drive them to resolution with the relevant consultants and QPs. Maintain drawing registers and control document/drawing revisions so that everyone is working from the current, approved set (tender, construction issue, and as-built). Manage and update BIM/CAD models; produce and check shop drawings and coordinated layouts. Support site execution — walk the site, translate design and consultant information into buildable detail, and answer architectural queries from the site team and subcontractors. Track outstanding information, chase consultants for missing details, and keep an issues/RFI log current. Assist the project team with drawing take-offs, mark-ups, and documentation as needed. Help keep project records complete and orderly for handover. What we're looking for Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, or a related built-environment discipline. 3–6 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, technical/documentation, or drawing management — ideally with a main contractor, architectural practice, or design-and-build firm. Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD) and working knowledge of BIM (Revit or equivalent); comfortable managing models and drawing sets. Solid ability to read and cross-check architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and spot coordination issues. Understanding of Singapore construction practice and detailing; familiarity with local authority and buildability requirements is a plus. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple projects' drawings and revisions under control. Good communicator — able to work across consultants, office, and site teams. Nice to have Experience with clash detection / Navisworks or similar. Exposure to shop-drawing production for finishes, façade, or joinery trades. Experience coordinating authority submissions alongside QPs.
