Commercial Manager

Manage and oversee all commercial activities, including quotations, tenders, proposals, contracts, pricing, and cost estimates. Review tender documents, client requirements, specifications, and contractual terms before submission. Prepare and submit quotations, cost proposals, tender submissions, and commercial documents within the required timeline. Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, pricing reviews, and profit-margin assessments for projects and services. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, variations, and contracts with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors. Review, draft, and manage contracts, purchase orders, service agreements, and other commercial documents. Monitor project costs, revenue, invoicing, payment collections, and profitability. Identify commercial risks, contractual issues, cost overruns, and payment delays, and recommend appropriate actions. Manage variation orders, claims, additional works, extensions of time, and other contract-related matters. Work closely with the Operations, Project, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure commercial requirements are met. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters. Ensure all commercial records, quotations, contracts, cost sheets, tender documents, and correspondence are properly maintained. Prepare commercial reports, tender status reports, project profitability reports, cost reports, and management updates. Monitor market pricing, supplier costs, competitor activities, and industry trends to support pricing and business decisions. Support Management in developing commercial strategies, improving profitability, and securing new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, client requirements, and applicable regulations. Attend tender briefings, client meetings, contract negotiations, and project review meetings when required. Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
