Management Executive

Responsibilities: Support to HR team the end-to-end hiring process, posting job vacancy, arrange interview, managing employee onboarding. Update existing employee records, HR database. Prepare employee letters, contracts, reports. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, optimization efforts. Serve as main contact for employee employment issues. Support HR team to implement innovative HR strategies that support talent attraction, development, retention. Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, performance. Manage employee relations, performance management. Conduct job analysis, forecasting to determine future staffing needs. Organize meeting, assist planning company events. Oversee daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations. Monitor office inventory, equipment, maintenance contracts and track company assets. Requirement: Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry. Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude. Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times. Experience in beauty services.
