Responsibilities Design and deliver lesson plans customized to meet individual student learning needs and goals Provide detailed written feedback on student progress to guide improvement and inform instructional adjustments Develop and refine curriculum materials that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Identify and address learning obstacles to support student success and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Supervise and manage students effectively during peak hours to maintain a safe and productive learning environment Demonstrate flexibility by adapting teaching methodologies to diverse student needs and changing circumstances Engage and motivate students through proactive, creative, and patient instructional approaches Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality and meet scheduling demands including evenings, weekends, and peak periods Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration and support Take initiative in performing additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to the center’s educational mission Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably including kindergarten Engl…
