About this role
1.Over-all in-charge for Planning and Site Operation 2. Ensures all company’s ISO, safety,environment policy and procedures are complied with. 3. Liaise with Client, Authorities,Consultant, QS, Purchasing and Subcontractors 4.To monitor and chase Authorities submission & approval for Structure,Architectural and M&E. 5. Chair progress meeting andpresentation to Client and Consultants. 6. Monitor & Comply to MasterProgramme and create micro schedules for all work trades. 7. Closely monitoring of siteprogress and to resolve whatever site obstruction to expedite works. 8. Monitor Coordinators &Engineers and ensure all communication will transmit to all parties(Architectural, Structural & M&E – staff & subcontractors) 9. Monitor and chase ContractDepartment to award subcontractor works 10. Monitor and chase Materials samplesubmission for all trades to consultant / client approval. 11. Monitor and assist Coordinator& Engineer to Prepare Method Statement for approval. 12. To assist Coordinator and Engineerfor preparation of required Mock Up unit. 13. Ensure that all information isdistributed to all site staff, sub-contractors, suppliers and all other tradesinvolve in the project. 14. Correspondences to Consultants,Subcontracts and HQ. 15. Maintains and ensure all testingrequirements and records are in place. 16. Ensures all discrepancies areresolved with the consultants in the shortest time required. 17. Monitor daily activity report fromrespective site staff 18. Liaise with, Structure Engineer,Architectural Coordinator and M&E Engineer for daily progress of work toensure meet the target schedule of the Project completion. 19. Performs daily site inspection toensure work progress is align to the schedule. 20. Performs daily inspection toensure safety provision on site. 21. To ensure all safety documents arein place to get ready for any Authority Inspection. 22. Performs daily site inspection toresolve site problems with the structure Engineer, Architectural Coordinator,M&E Engineer & Site Supervisors. 23. Accompanies Consultants and Clientfor any site inspection if neccesary 24. Monitor all site works to ensurethey follow according to contract and specifications. 25. Conducts site meetings as and whenrequired in regard to site issues. 26. Inspect works carried out bysubcontractors are in-accord with approved trade demonstration Requirements: - Recognized degree in Engineering,Construction Management, or a relevant field - Min 7 years ofproject management experience in the building work in Singapore - Good all-rounded knowledge inconstruction management, planning capability and contractual matters; adoptlean mind set to cost and resource management -Trained in productivity, Conquas and Green Mark will be an advantage
