Deployment Engineer

The engineer will act as the primary point of contact for remote hands and data center technicians to coordinate hardware installations and repairs, while also performing routine server and network hardware maintenance. Responsibilities include monitoring system health alerts, executing OS installations, managing physical asset tracking, and troubleshooting connectivity and hardware failures in a live production environment. Candidates need 2–5 years of relevant experience in a hands-on technical operations role, possessing basic network administration skills and fundamental knowledge of Linux/UNIX command line tools. The role requires comfort working outside standard hours for on-call rotation and a disciplined approach to production environments.
