Commercial Head, South Asia

The Commercial Head is responsible for delivering profitable growth in South Asia by managing sales teams and coordinating multi-functional resources. Key duties include developing business growth plans, managing distributor strategies, and serving on the APAC Leadership Team. Candidates need a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience and preferably a BSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required, with fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
