Quantity Surveyor

Company Overview We are an established Dry Architectural & Interior Fit-Out Company since 2002 and are seeking motivated and qualified candidates to join our growing team. Job Summary Manage tender submissions, cost evaluations, and project cost monitoring to ensure budget adherence and timely delivery in construction projects. Responsibilities Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs to support project bidding and budgeting Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing Evaluate quotations and prepare detailed cost comparisons to inform decision-making Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to ensure accurate project billing Process subcontractor payment certifications to maintain timely payments and compliance Handle variation orders (VOs) and final account settlements to manage contract changes and closeouts Monitor project costs continuously to ensure budgets are maintained and financial targets met Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support project and company objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the architectural and interior fit-out industry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for project documentation and reporting Good knowledge of construction costing, contract administration, and project documentation Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills applied to project cost control and supplier management Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines effectively
