Student Support Coordinator

Responsibilities: Manage enquiries from prospective parents via email, phone, and walk-ins, providing accurate information. Support the full admissions process, including contracts, student pass applications, insurance, and database updates. Coordinate student transfers and liaise with Finance on tuition fees and agent commissions. Conduct student surveys and assist in reporting and analysis. Plan and conduct school tours, open houses, and promotional events. Work with agents to market the school and expand outreach locally and overseas. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and brochures. Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in the education industry. Diploma or degree in a relevant field. Proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; marketing knowledge is a plus.
