Role Overview: - Serve as crew leader for Medical Transport Services (MTS) - Respond to emergency dispatches within specified timeframes - Perform patient assessments and apply appropriate medical treatment to stabilize patient’s condition - Work alongside the ambulance driver to transport patients safely - Selected individuals may be sponsored for advanced certification courses - Additional cash incentives for every trip completed in full compliance. Requirements: - Certified EMT, Registered/Enrolled Nurse or equivalent - Bilingual proficiency to support operational needs and diverse case environments - Strong team player with the ability to operate independently - Class 3 Driving License is an advantage - Prior experience as an EMT is highly preferred
