Construction Site Manager, Coordinator, Supervisor & Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities for marine and offshore projects. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements. Coordinate with clients, shipyard personnel, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress to achieve project milestones. Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation. Attend project meetings and resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures throughout project execution. Support project planning, resource allocation, and timely completion of assigned works. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, ship repair, or shipyard projects . Experience in mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, or instrumentation works is an advantage. Good knowledge of project planning, site coordination, construction methods, and HSE requirements. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
