RESPONSIBILITIES The Opportunity The Assistant Executive Director (Administration & Operations) supports the Executive Director by providing leadership across the organisation's corporate services and operational support functions. This includes: Finance Human Resources Community Relations and Volunteer Management Information Technology Operations More importantly, you will help prepare Peacehaven for its next chapter of growth by strengthening organisational capability, developing future leaders and ensuring operational excellence across every aspect of the organisation. Your efforts will enable our clinical teams to focus on what matters most. Relieving pain. Restoring dignity. Reconciling families. Bringing peace, hope and joy to those in our care. Your Impact Your decisions will affect not simply budgets or systems, but hundreds of lives cared for each day. You will: Lead high-performing administration and operational teams that enable exceptional care. Shape long-term organisational strategy and sustainable growth. Drive transformational projects and continuous improvement. Build organisational capability through mentoring and developing future leaders. Ensure financial stewardship, governance and operational excellence. Ensure that personal data of staff and clients is used and shared appropriately, and properly safeguarded Champion innovation in healthcare administration and operations. Build trusted partnerships with government agencies including the Ministry of Health and Agency for Integrated Care, healthcare providers and community organisations. Help shape one of Singapore's leading aged care organisations for the next generation.
