Executive/Senior Executive (10-Month Contract), Smu International Office

RESPONSIBILITIES Support project officers in the planning and execution of institutional events and global forums, incoming visits and overseas engagements, including administrative and logistical coordination. Manage, develop and renew agreements with partner universities. Drafting briefs/reports and presentations, desktop research, and data analysis as needed. Collation of department and/or university returns for reports. Drafting of communications material for IO's external and internal outreach. Undertake other duties and projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, International Marketing or other global-oriented fields of study with at least two years of work experience in international work, with proven high competency and achievements in large-scale events planning and management, and in providing admin/logistical support. Meticulous, with an eye for detail and a keen appreciation of good documentation. High level of written and oral communication skills to clearly communicate ideas, who enjoys writing, as well as editing work. Able to manage multiple, competing tasks and meet tight deadlines with a high-level of accuracy. Responsible and takes ownership for his/her work and is adaptable. Enjoys engaging and working with people, a good team player, and open to feedback and curious to learn.
