RESPONSIBILITIES At Allkin Singapore's Student Academy, we create safe, nurturing spaces where students aged 7-14 can grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive — and our coordinators are at the heart of making that happen. Key Responsibilities Care & Student Support Supervise students during study time, meals, and activities Build positive relationships and support students' social-emotional development Apply behaviour management strategies and escalate concerns when needed Programme Facilitation Plan and facilitate developmental activities, holiday programmes, and outings Conduct homework supervision and provide day-to-day learning support Operations & Engagement Maintain accurate student attendance and documentation records Communicate with parents and caregivers on students' progress and well-being Support in daily centre operations the onboarding of new students and families. Collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, schools, and social workers whenever required. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 'O' Level. Passion for working with children and families. Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and parents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and adaptable approach to challenges. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Good organisational and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
