Position Overview: Hysses Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to support the implementation and monitoring of our marketing promotions. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end promotion coordination, from planning and setup, to briefing sales teams, tracking performance, and providing timely reporting to management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in data analystics to suggest monthly promotion planning Accuracy and completeness of promotion set up in Netsuite and WATI Conduct monthly team briefings to ensure alignment prior to promotion roll-out Assist in livestreaming, workshop and new outlet preparation and setup Coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve promotion-related concerns efficiently Track and compile marketing performance data such as promotion results, and campaign engagement Timely submission of monthly promotion summary reports prior to the monthly check Actively involved in refinement in process flow involving AI agents and activities Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: A level or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration and other related fields Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in coordinating across departments Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office espcially excel, Google Workspace applications, Claude, Canva and other systems. Adobe is an added advantage Organizational & Administrative: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation and reporting Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborative team player who can work effectively with Marketing, Operations and Design teams
