📦 Packaging Supervisor 📍 Location: Boon Lay MRT (EW27), Singapore 💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 ⏰ Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM 📅 Rest Days 8 Days Per Month 🏢 About the Company A leading B2B company specializing in high-precision manufacturing and engineering solutions, producing advanced machining systems, robotics, and automation equipment for global industries. 📋 Job Responsibilities • Manage and maintain inventory records accurately • Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies based on quality control reports • Report inventory-related issues to the Quality Assurance department and maintain proper documentation • Update and maintain inventory records in NAV and Microsoft Excel • Ensure packaging processes comply with company standards and procedures • Assign tasks and supervise packaging staff to ensure operational efficiency • Prepare and submit consumables purchase requisitions • Monitor packaging schedules and workflow • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management ✅ Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or packaging supervisory experience • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with NAV (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or similar ERP systems • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Able to work independently and lead a team effectively • Willing to work 5.5 days per week and perform overtime when required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 🎁 Benefits ✔ Annual Leave and Medical Leave as per company policy ✔ Stable career in a high-tech manufacturing industry ✔ Exposure to advanced robotics and automation projects ✔ Career progression opportunities ✔ Professional and supportive work environment 🌟 Why Join Us? ✔ Join a growing high-tech engineering company ✔ Leadership role with career advancement potential ✔ Work with advanced manufacturing…
