Job Responsibilities Professional Visual Ear Care: Utilize professional high-definition visual ear endoscopes to perform safe, gentle, and precise ear cleaning.Remove earwax (cerumen) carefully under real-time visual guidance, strictly avoiding any discomfort or injury to the ear canal or eardrum. Customer Consultation & Education: Guide customers to view their internal ear canal through the digital screen, explaining current ear hygiene conditions patiently.Provide professional advice on daily ear hygiene and recommend customized ear care or relaxation packages based on individual customer needs. Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage: Perform traditional ear massage, cranial relaxation, and head-and-neck soothing techniques.Incorporate classic tools like goose feather sticks, horsehair brushes, and tuning forks to maximize the client's relaxation and stress relief. Hygiene & Safety Standards :Strictly sanitize and sterilize all visual scopes, traditional ear-picking tools, and workstations before and after each service according to health protocols.Promptly identify abnormal ear conditions (e.g., severe inflammation, fluid buildup, or suspected eardrum damage) and professionally advise the customer to seek medical attention instead of proceeding. Job Requirements Experience & Certifications: Proven experience as an Ear Care Specialist, Spa Therapist, or Esthetician; certified vocational training in professional ear-picking is highly preferred.Prior experience operating visual ear endoscopes, digital otoscopes, or related beauty/salon imaging technology is a significant advantage. Skills & Hand-Eye Coordination: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, with a gentle, stable, and highly steady touch.Excellent screen-to-hand depth perception (ability to manipulate fine tools safely while looking at a monitor). Communication & Professionalism: Outstanding customer service mindset with a patient, welcoming, and professional presentation.Strong verbal communication skills to explain ear conditions and recommend services effectively.
