Develop and implement the company's strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability. Provide overall leadership and direction for all construction projects from planning through completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial performance. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, environmental requirements, and health and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities. Review and approve major contracts, project proposals, procurement strategies, and risk management plans. Lead and mentor senior management and project teams to foster a high-performance culture. Identify business development opportunities and support the acquisition of new projects. Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Drive innovation, sustainability, and the adoption of modern construction technologies and best practices. Oversee quality assurance and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the Board of Directors and stakeholders. Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Promote ethical business practices and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
