Job Summary You will coordinate and support warehouse operations by scheduling staff, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with warehouse management to ensure smooth daily logistics functions. Responsibilities Schedule and assign daily work tasks to warehouse staff using computer systems to optimize workforce efficiency Manage daily warehouse administrative duties including documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Coordinate warehouse operations and related activities to support smooth logistics flow and timely order processing Assist in managing warehouse functions to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies Required competencies and certifications Use basic computer skills to perform scheduling and administrative tasks accurately Work comfortably in a warehouse environment, including exposure to outdoor and sunny conditions Entry-level applicants are welcome
