*Job Description for Education Group* Job Title: *Sales & Marketing Executive* Department: *Enrolment & Marketing* Location: *Singapore (Island-wide support)* Reporting To: *CEO / Cluster Manager* *Job Summary* We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented *Sales & Marketing Executive* to spearhead aggressive marketing strategies and consistently deliver strong enrolment growth across all centres. You will be responsible for creating and executing innovative online and offline campaigns that directly contribute to meeting and exceeding enrolment KPIs. *Key Responsibilities* - Design, lead, and optimise high-impact sales & marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to aggressively meet and exceed monthly and yearly enrolment targets - Drive consistent lead generation and high conversion rates through creative and data-driven strategies. - Manage full-funnel digital marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media to maximise ROI. - Plan and execute impactful offline initiatives such as open houses, community events, roadshows, and strategic partnerships. - Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse enrolment data, and implement rapid improvements to hit enrolment KPIs. - Work closely with Principals and Cluster Managers to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with centre-specific enrolment goals and operational needs. - Take full ownership of enrolment outcomes and proactively propose new ideas to outperform competitors. *Requirements* - Proven track record in Sales & Marketing, ideally in the early childhood or education sector. - Strong hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing with demonstrable success in driving enrolment or sales targets. - Highly creative with excellent execution skills and a strong sense of urgency to achieve results. - Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. - Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field will be an advantage. *What We Offer* - Basic Salary: $3,200 – $4,000 (depending on experience) with performance-based incentives - Attractive performance-based incentives tied directly to enrolment KPIs and campaign results. - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s education - Supportive and dynamic work environment - Professional development opportunities
