Accountant

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accountant to manage full spectrum accounting functions and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FixedAssets, Bank Reconciliation) Payment processing and SOA reconciliation. Verify invoices and ensure accuracy prior to payment processing Perform month-end closing and and Bank reconciliations Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documentation. Prepare schedules for fixed deposits, investments, interest income and accounting schedules. Liaise with outsourced accounting firm, prepare and provide documents and schedules for accounting transactions. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (full set preferred) Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF/SUMIFS, PivotTables, PivotCharts) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
