Contract role Summary of the Role Ensure reliable AWS cloud operations, security, automation, performance optimization, and infrastructure availability. Job Roles & Responsibilities Manage AWS infrastructure operations ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance. Monitor cloud environments, resolve incidents, and perform detailed root cause analysis. Implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity solutions effectively. Automate infrastructure management using Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and scripting tools. Collaborate with DevOps teams supporting deployments, security, governance, and cost optimization. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline required. 5+ years infrastructure experience with 3 years AWS operational expertise. Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC. Hands-on experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, Linux administration, and monitoring tools. AWS Associate certification mandatory with strong cloud security understanding required.
