About this role

Responsibilities Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, or chat. Log and resolve incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, Outlook, printers, and basic network issues. Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory. Support Office 365 and remote users. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team. Update tickets and ensure SLA compliance. Provide support for healthcare applications (preferred). Requirements 1+ year of Service Desk/IT Support experience. Mandatory experience in the Healthcare/Hospital domain. Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.). Good communication and troubleshooting skills. ITIL certification is an added advantage.
