Facilities Engineer Cum Fsm

☑ Salary: $4000 ☑ Working Location: Central ☑ 5.5 Day (Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm / Sat: 8.30am to 1pm) ☑ 6Month Contract (Extension Possibilities) Job Scope Plan, coordinate, and conduct scheduled fire safety compliance inspections at assigned premises on regular basis. Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, including is suing engagement letters and coordinating inspection arrangements. Assess premises for compliance with fire safety regulations and identify areas of non-compliance. Prepare and issue inspection reports, breach notices, and recommendations for corrective actions where required. Escalate significant fire safety violations to the relevant authorities (e.g. SCDF) and monitor the progress of regulatory actions. Provide regular updates, inspection findings, and compliance status reports to building manager while maintaining accurate inspection records. Requirement Diploma Qualification in Building & Facilities Management 3 Years of in M&E / Civil Building works experience Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate is a MUST Only candidates that meet the requirement will be notified.
