Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback. Process membership applications, renewals, and related transactions accurately. Perform opening and closing shift procedures. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Promote membership programmes, campaigns, events, and ongoing promotions. Requirements Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
