Safety Coordinator

☑ Multiple locations ☑ Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays when required ☑ 24/7 standby Job Description ● Assisting the Workplace and Health Officer/ HSE lead in all WSH related matters and reports. ● Work in multiple sites- J3,J4,J8,J9,J10,J11,J11B,J12A ● Identify unsafe practices and conditions through daily work-site inspection. ● Conduct SDM SIC for contractors/ Manage SDM woks ● Assist incident investigation processes. ● Review risk assessment/ Method statement / Ventilation Plan/ rescue plan. ● Able to audit the PTW/ LOTO. ● Maintain/File proper records of all inspection and investigate materials. ● Advise on work plan, risk assessment and safe work procedure on site. ● Involve in creating, maintaining and communicating safety-related policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that they are followed. ● Frequently perform safety inspections in job sites to observe working conditions, equipment and employee behaviors to identify safety problems and take corrective action. ● Responsible for ensuring that we are in compliance with all safety-related regulatory requirements. ● Need to have sufficient HSE knowledge & Process safety about the scope of our work. Experience / Courses Required ● At least Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas, process plant and constructions. ● Should have experience in Shutdown and Maintenance. ● WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (BizSAFE Level 2) ● WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health- Level B with (WSH Coordinator Refresher training) ● Managing Work at Height Course ● Confined space assessor. ● WSQ Supervise in workplace safety and health in process plants.
