Commercial & Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial & Projects Manager to identify business opportunities, manage tender submissions, secure new projects, and oversee project execution from award to completion. Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate tender opportunities. Prepare and manage tender submissions and quotations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Negotiate contracts and manage commercial matters. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. Monitor project budgets, profitability, and timelines. Manage variation orders, progress claims, and collections. Coordinate with operations, procurement, and site teams to ensure successful project completion. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, commercial management, or project management. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project execution. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
