Maintenance Technician (Warehouse & Facilities)

Job Scope: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain warehouse equipment, material handling equipment, transport vehicles, office equipment, and facility systems and other related equipment. Install, modify, inspect, and maintain warehouse racking and shelving systems to support operational requirements. Carry out on-site installation and setup of fixtures and equipment for business projects. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime and ensure equipment availability. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and servicing. Maintain maintenance records and service documentation. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety policies and occupational health and safety regulations. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes. Requirements Recognized Technical Qualification for Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering, Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail with a strong commitment to workplace safety. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse operations and external vendors. Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple maintenance requests. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
